Position Description
EIP is seeking a Model Analyst based in Chicago to conduct regression analysis and quantify energy savings for strategic energy management (SEM) programs serving ComEd, PECO, and NYSEG markets. The analyst will build and maintain facility-level energy use models that account for production, weather, occupancy, and other relevant drivers, then use those models to assess changes in performance over time.
Working with engineers, SEM coaches, program managers, and customer teams, the Model Analyst will gather and validate data, select appropriate model variables and time periods, establish baselines, calculate normalized savings, and prepare documentation that supports program reporting and technical review.
