Sr. Compliance Associate (Hybrid)

About the role:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Compliance, the Sr. Compliance Associate supports the development and implementation of programs, policies, and practices to help ensure that business units' activities follow regulatory requirements. This role assists in maintaining programs, policies, and practices related to regulatory compliance in support of broader compliance objectives. Helps track laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and supports the implementation of necessary changes, in consultation with the Advisory team members supporting Small Business (SMB) and Consumer lending businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance efforts across business units by gaining and maintaining working knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations, particularly lending laws including but not limited to UDAP/UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, TCPA.
• Research and support compliance team members in responding to compliance questions and requests from business units, escalating complex or ambiguous matters to senior Advisory t
