Freelance Recruitment Consultant
Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We're looking for experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultants to partner with our growing team.
THE ROLE
You'll work with us on a freelance basis, running full cycle recruitment on client requisitions across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technology. Most of the work will be technical, spanning software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech, alongside non technical hiring across functions. The mix usually sits at around 60% technical and 40% non technical, and it shifts with client demand. You set your own schedule and work from wherever suits you, and the better you place, the more you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruitment & Delivery
- Take ownership of assigned requisitions and deliver them end to end, from sourcing to offer
- Understand each role and client brief in detail, and adapt your approach to technical and non technical hiring
- Work on both high volume and niche roles depending on client needs
- Build and maintain your own pipelines of strong candidates across the functions we hire for
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, job boards, referrals and your own network</
