As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and business-minded commercial transactions leader to help build a world-class, customer-focused legal function that enables Evolv to grow responsibly.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel and partnering closely with GTM leadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to elevate Evolv’s commercial legal function—streamlining deal execution, supporting our channel partner ecosystem, and shaping the foundation of a global commercial legal team. You will help architect a contracting engine that balances operational efficiency with risk mitigation and supports Evolv’s expansion into new markets and verticals.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned negotiator with a strong record of closing complex enterprise and channel deals, employs a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships, and has a passion for building systems that scale.
