Job Summary
The Guest Experience Assistant I supports the delivery of a welcoming, high-quality experience for all guests. This entry-level role focuses on executing service standards, assisting with daily operations and events, and collaborating with Culinary, Hospitality, and Guest Experience teams to create positive, memorable moments for every guest.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and food stations for events and daily service
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of china, glassware, silverware, and service items
- Stock and set up supplies including linens, china, silverware, glassware, and beverages
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Operate and maintain all Guest Experience equipment required for various service types
