This role is a key member of FanDuel’s dynamic Legal Operations team, which supports process improvement, operational excellence, and innovation across the Legal and Compliance organization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in outside counsel management, the Brightflag eBilling platform, and matter management, combined with the strategic vision to lead and continuously enhance our outside counsel management program.

As a critical cross-functional partner, this role collaborates closely with outside counsel, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal leadership, requiring exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Manager will lead the active management of outside counsel performance and spend, including rate benchmarking, law firm evaluation metrics, and budgeting and forecasting.

A strong foundation in data analysis is essential to identify trends, uncover savings opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience within the internet, technology, or media industries, or with clients in those sectors, is highly desirable.
