Operations Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead who loves improving efficiency, solving complex challenges, and finding a way to get things done.

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-impact initiatives, ensuring that teams, resources, and priorities are aligned to achieve successful outcomes.

This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role that combines operational planning, team leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across different initiatives, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and take ownership of making things happen.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and coordinating operational plans, ensuring all requirements are properly covered.
• Leading the implementation of initiatives and ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.
• Managing and supporting an onsite team, keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
• Identifying potential challenges, making decisions, and finding practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including teams such as Sales, Marketing, Originals, and other internal departments.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards and adapting to changing needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, helping us build more efficient and scalable operations.

We are looking for someone who is organized, structured, hands-on, and highly proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You should feel comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership from start to finish.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• You have at least +3/4 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)

• You can speak different languages. Spanish and English are our main languages, so we expect you to be able to speak both of them :)
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You can manage teams in a structured way
• You have a strong analytical mind.
