This position’s primary responsibility is to provide best-in-class phone and web-based support for agents and IMO marketers related to case design, product questions, competitive positioning, illustration software training and more. This role will also support data operations through the use of Tableau.

This position reports to Director, Internal Sales – FI Channel

Duties & Responsibilities

The range of tasks to be performed may include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Grow Fixed & Indexed Annuity sales within our IMO channel distribution
• Demonstrate thorough, in-depth knowledge of company products, practices, and procedures.
• Provide sales and marketing support to agents and marketers using virtual web-based platforms such as WebEx or Teams.
• Sales activities to include: extensive outbound and inbound phone activity, virtual trainings and coordination of marketing materials
• Develop expert knowledge and proficiency in utilizing all applications i.e.: Agent portal, illustration software</
