🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, globally experienced People leader and builder to help take Filigran’s People organization through its next stage of scale.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead our global People Operations, Payroll and Total Rewards capabilities across Europe, North America and APJ.

With ~300 employees across 18 countries, the challenge is not simply to build more People infrastructure — it’s to build smarter infrastructure. You’ll help create a scalable, technology- and AI-first People operating model that combines strong regional execution with effective systems, automation, and agentic AI.
