The Director, Account Sales will lead a team of Commercial Account Directors driving retention and driving sales to a clearly defined list of customers already doing business with Five9. The ideal candidate is one who has built and led sales Account Director/Management teams in the contact center software sales, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or emerging AI space and has a strong track record of closing revenue in the technology or software world while supporting/mentoring the direct reports that make up the sales team.
