Field Operations Support Agent ( 12 hours Night Shift)

As a Field Operations Support Agent, you will support our ambitious growth across the US by coordinating facilities maintenance, managing administrative records, monitoring field situations, and ensuring timely communication across the Flix/Greyhound network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has open/flexible shift availability to support our 24/7 operation.

About the Role

• Support the coordination of facilities maintenance and repair requests ,this includes following up with vendors, scheduling work, communicating with internal teams, tracking updates and correspondence in our project management platform, maintaining maintenance logs and vendor databases, and helping ensure open items are moving toward resolution.
