Implementation Engineer

About the role:

We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to own the successful delivery of Forter integrations for newly signed and expanding customers. This is a project management-led role: you are the delivery owner for your portfolio, responsible for driving each integration from kickoff to go-live on time, with strong stakeholder alignment and a clear line of sight to business value for the customer.

You'll bring the organisational rigor and proactive ownership that turns a complex, multi-stakeholder go-live into a predictable, repeatable process.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects for your portfolio, acting as project lead and primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live.
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans to completion, proactively identifying risks and blockers and course-correcting before they threaten timelines.
• Lead project governance with customer stakeholders, setting agendas, tracking action items, and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and business users to keep them engaged and aligned through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Analytics, including partnering with an Analytics Consultant to translat
