About the role

Fortuna Health is growing fast, and our team is stretched across high-priority growth, operations, and product/engineering work. We're looking for a Founder Associate to become the connective tissue that keeps the founders moving at full speed: owning the logistics, follow-through, and operational details that otherwise eat hours out of every week.

Positioned as a force multiplier, this role bridges the gap between an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, and Chief of Staff.
