Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management
- Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio: primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners across both compounded and branded tiers
- Design and maintain vendor scorecards; lead business reviews (QBRs) against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill rate, and cost
- Serve as the lead operator on pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners
- Maintain contractual SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors
- Build and own the vendor escalation playbook for supply disruptions, quality events,
