In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for students throughout their educational journey, helping them navigate academic challenges, stay on track toward graduation, and achieve their career aspirations.

What You'll Do

• Provide academic advising and support to a caseload of students.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and retention indicators.
• Conduct regular outreach to students through phone calls, text messages, emails, and meetings.
• Assist students in developing academic success plans and overcoming barriers to completion.
• Collaborate with faculty, admissions, financial aid, and student services teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and document advising interactions.
• Counsel students regarding academic policies, procedures, and graduation requirements.
• Identify at-risk students and implement intervention strategie
