Student Success Coach - Miami

Campus Location: 7757 W Flagler St #220, Miami, FL 33144

Schedule: M-Fri 11am - 8pm

A Student Success Coach proactively contacts and meets with enrolled and active students via telephone, e-mail, text  and in person sessions to develop student success plan, increase student engagement, retention, and program completion.  The student success coach conducts outreach efforts to help student address any non- academic or academic obstacles to help student focus and meet on time program completion goals. program requirements and tool and resources available to students.  In addition to mentoring and supporting students, he/she  must adhere to the school’s policies \

Responsibilities:

·       Build and manage supportive, welcoming, and inclusive coaching relationships with our student body, primarily through synchronous phone communications, supported by email and text messaging and individual sessions as needed.

·       Use empathy and deep listening skills to create space for students to explore and discover their goals and strengths.

·       Help students navigate systems, plan, set goals, and create an environment for self-empowerment during their educational journey.
