Trade & Transaction Reporting SME
We're partnering with a leading global hedge fund to enhance its US trade and transaction reporting framework. The firm has mature reporting processes and infrastructure in place and is seeking an experienced specialist to own one or more US reporting obligations and manage the associated change portfolio.
Candidates must bring deep subject-matter expertise and demonstrable end-to-end ownership experience in at least one of the following:
- Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and Electronic Blue Sheets (EBS)
- CFTC swap data reporting
- OFR non-centrally cleared bilateral repo reporting
Genuine depth in a single obligation is sufficient, and broader regulatory reporting experience is welcome. Scope will be aligned to the successful candidate's expertise.
This is a hands-on role combining regulatory interpretation and BAU oversight with business analysis, data investigation, testing and continuous improvement. The role is based full-time in the firm's New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own one or more US reporting obligations end to end, maintaining detailed knowledge of scope, reportability, field-level requirements, data sourcing, enrichment logic, timelines and vendor mappings
- Act as the principal point of expertise on current implementation, BAU reporting and upcoming regulatory change
