We are looking for a Principal, Growth Platforms & Decisioning to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Martech & AI Decisioning. This role will help lead the growth strategies, platforms, and AI decisioning capabilities that determine how MoneyLion engages customers across lifecycle and in-product experiences.

You’ll own high-impact growth and decisioning programs from strategy through scale - deciding where AI and automation can create incremental value, setting the objectives and guardrails for our agents, defining how success is measured, and turning what we learn into better decisions about who we engage, when, where, and with what experience.

You’ll also help shape the platforms and capabilities that make this possible at scale. Working across Hightouch, Iterable, Snowflake, Delphina, and other parts of our modern data and martech stack, you’ll define how these systems work together and turn new growth ideas into reusable capabilities.
