The Role
The Senior Associate Pharmacist leads the day-to-day operations of one or more Relarex pharmacy locations. They supervise and support Associate Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure patients receive the right medicines safely, accurately, and on time while delivering excellent customer service. The role combines clinical pharmacy practice, team leadership, and operational management. The Senior Associate Pharmacist sets performance goals, coaches team members, monitors service quality, and ensures pharmacy activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
