Responsibilities:

• Learning and Development Policies: Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to create/revise Learning and Development policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, performance management metrics, and best practices. 
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and learning opportunities across the organization. 
• Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of comprehensive training curricula based on the findings of TNAs, aimed at addressing identified skill gaps, enhancing employee competencies, and supporting organizational ob
