QC & Compliance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC & Compliance Manager to lead quality control, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and material release activities within our manufacturing operation in Norristown, PA.

This is a mid-to-senior-level management position responsible for both hands-on quality leadership and the day-to-day management and development of the quality team. The ideal candidate brings a strong manufacturing background, prior people management experience, and demonstrated success leading quality processes in a production environment.

Reporting to the Product Integrity team, this role is responsible for ensuring raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet company quality requirements and applicable global regulatory standards while supporting production and shipping schedules. The QC & Compliance Manager will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), material and finished goods release, CAPA and nonconformance processes, internal audits, supplier quality, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiativ
