We are looking for a Head of Finance who is ready to jump into the chaos, build a world-class financial infrastructure, and be a key strategic partner to the CEO/Founder and Board and a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will sit at the centre of every important decision in the business — from pricing and partnerships to fundraising and scale. This is not a role for maintaining the status quo, it is for an operator who wants to define and drive our path to a profitable scale.
The Mission: What You Will Achieve
You will be the engine of our financial health and growth. Your 12-month mission is to transform our finance function from an operational necessity into a strategic advantage, ensuring we hit profitability while building automation that frees us to focus on growth. You will build a finance function that operates in real-time, where data, reporting, and decision-making are automated and continuously updated. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic leadership.
