As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our international Recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process. You’ll support us in attracting, identifying and engaging great talent while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, international organisation.
Your key responsibilities

- Screen & Identify Talent: Help review applications and CVs, identify promising candidates and support recruiters with initial candidate screening.
- Create a Great Candidate Experience: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, answer questions and make sure every candidate has a positive experience with GoodHabitz.
- Support Recruitment Operations: Keep our ATS and recruitment data up to date, help maintain accurate candidate information and support reporting and recruitment administration.
- Contribute to Employer Branding: Help us showcase what makes GoodHabitz a great place to work by supporting recruitment content, career page updates and employer branding initiatives.
- Learn & Improve: Get involved in recruitment projects and initiatives, explore new Talent Acquisition tools and technologies, and bring your own ideas to help us improve the way we attract and hire talent.
Who You Are:
- A student currently enrolled in an HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related study

- Friendly, easy to talk to, and not afraid to speak up
- Confident working in English (Additional languages are a bonus!)
What You’ll Gain:
- Real hands-on experience at a fast-growing international scale-up
- Internship allowance of €500 per month
- An inside-look at both recruitment and HR operations
- The chance to contribute to meaningful employer branding projects
- A supportive, fun, and inspiring team
