About the role
Grüns is growing fast, and the ops org needs someone who can bring order to that growth. As BizOps Manager, you'll be the analytical and strategic backbone for our ops team, standing up the frameworks, systems, and rigor to make Grüns Operations Best-in-Class. This is a role for someone who's already proven they can own a problem end to end in a startup environment, and who's ready to do it with more scope and less oversight. You'll report directly to our VP of BizOps and work as a peer to our existing BizOps team.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
In this role, you will:
- Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts.
- Take full ownership of S&OP and variance analyses, ensuring forecasts and planning are optimized.
- Lead preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings, aligning stakeholders and leadership
