About the role
We're looking for a Stability & Documentation Manager to join our Gummy R&D team. While our formulation team is focused on getting a gummy to taste and perform the way it should, this role is focused on proving it stays that way, and keeping every document that defines a SKU accurate and current.
You'll design and run the stability testing program across our gummy portfolio, determine test method compatibility, and negotiate directly with the labs we use for testing. You'll also be responsible for the full document suite on every SKU, including specs and SFPs, and you'll be the one staging specifications and signing off on them. This position reports to the Director, R&D and sits within the Product organization.
