The Masons Arms is a historic pub in the heart of Mayfair, just moments from Regent Street, Carnaby Street and Savile Row. Originally built in 1721, this characterful pub combines its rich history with great food, drinks and warm, welcoming hospitality.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to take their next step, lead from the front and help make every visit memorable.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub and take the lead when they’re not around.

You’ll:

• Lead and motivate the team through busy shifts
• Deliver outstanding service and create memorable customer experiences
• Support the General Manager with the smooth running of the business
• Take ownership of standards across service, food, drinks and the customer journey
• Coach and develop your team, helping them reach their potential
• Keep the pub safe, welcoming and running brilliantly
• Support events, private functions and the day-to-day buzz of a busy central London pub

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

You’ll already have experience in a busy hospitality environment and be ready to take that next step in your management career.

• Leads by example and brings energy to every shift
• Has strong people and communication skills
• Knows how to deliver great hospitality consistently
• Can stay calm and make good decisions when things get busy
• Takes pride in standards and attention to detail
• Enjoys developing and bringing the best out of their team
