Als Expert Relationship Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Entwicklung und den erfolgreichen Abschluss von Immobilienprojekten. Du steuerst komplexe Projektchancen von der ersten Qualifizierung über die Angebots- und Verhandlungsphase bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und arbeitest dabei eng mit Projektentwicklern, Wohnungsunternehmen, Investoren, Kommunen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen.
