Director, Commercial Strategy

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical operator to help define how HawkEye packages, prices, and commercializes its solutions. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy and will shape our business model, competitive positioning, and commercial performance.

You will work cross-functionally across Solutions, Finance, Sales, and Strategy to design offerings that meet customer needs, calibrate pricing strategy to market reality, and align the business model to our financial strategy.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building clarity from ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and brings a strong strategic toolkit — spreadsheet modeling, structured analysis, and market assessment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead pricing strategy across new and existing offerings, including value-based pricing, competitive benchmarking, and discount guardrails.
• Architect packaging strategies and commercial structures that drive revenue growth and product clarity.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, product economics, pricing scenarios, and customer ROI.
• Work closely with Solutions to translate customer needs and capabilities into clear, commercially viable offerings.
