In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and engaging outstanding talent across research, engineering, product, digital marketing, and operations — ensuring that every hire reflects H Company’s culture and values.

You will oversee the entire recruitment journey, from role definition and sourcing to interviews and onboarding. Beyond execution, you will shape and optimize hiring processes to guarantee a seamless candidate experience, while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent priorities. With strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for excellence, you will take responsibility for elevating the recruitment function and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑growing, international environment.
