Carrier Performance Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Carrier Performance Manager to lead our third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships, directly elevating performance and customer satisfaction. Working side by side with our logistics partners, you will continuously identify opportunities to optimize operations, drive innovation, and boost efficiency. With a firm focus on the end-to-end delivery journey, you will lead the charge in making HelloFresh Logistics truly best-in-class.
What You Will Be Doing:
Performance & Cost Management
- Own 3PL relationships, driving performance, customer experience and cost efficiency.
- Analyse carrier KPIs, using data and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau and AI to identify improvements.
- Manage delivery risks and crises to minimise disruption.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, rebates and claims.
