We partner with excellent, founder-led engineering firms, helping them build stronger operations, deeper leadership benches, and growth, while preserving their local expertise, client relationships, and reputations. We are actively growing the platform, and building the people and systems to support that growth is a core part of our strategy.

The Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, hungry Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to own hiring across our four engineering companies today — and to grow with us as we add more businesses to the platform. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, a genuine interest in the engineering and industrial space, and the appetite to help build a recruiting and development function from the ground up
