Senior Product Manager, Monetization

About the role

Hex is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Monetization to join our Growth & Monetization group. Your role will require deeply understanding our users, buyers, internal systems, and market dynamics, to develop elegant pricing structures, billing systems, and user experiences that scale smoothly and drive growth. You’ll sit within a Product, Engineering and Design pod and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data.

This is a full-time role based out of either of our New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices.

What you will do:

1. Build a clear and cohesive monetization journey: Ensure a clear and compelling user experience from evaluation to purchase and expansion. Own core product experiences as well as ancillary experiences like pricing calculators or guides for agents and humans.
2. Monetize new products and features: Work with product managers and engineers to design pricing and packaging structures that fit how data leaders actually want to buy.
3. Drive bigger monetization bets: Proactively identify and drive bigger company-wide monetization projects, such credit model innovation for new products, or internationalization.
