Civil Equipment Operator (NORPAC Construction)

Work is completed in close collaboration with clients to address site-specific conditions and project requirements.

Norpac provides end-to-end project support, including site assessment, solution development, design engineering where required, construction execution, and project close-out. Emphasis is placed on clear communication, coordination between field and office teams, and a team-based approach throughout the project lifecycle.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Civil Equipment Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will have demonstrated experience operating excavators and dozers on civil construction projects. Experience operating a grader is considered an asset but is not required.

This role involves operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support
