Account Manager- Associate
About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. This individual will play a key role in maintaining overall client health, driving platform adoption, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring clients maximize the value of iCapital's solutions through proactive engagement, training, and ongoing relationship management. This individual will serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class client experience. This role will manage client relationships, coordinate resources across teams, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and support the successful execution of strategic account plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement.
- Develop and execute account plans designed to improve client satisfaction, product utilization, relationship strength, retention, and overall account health.
