About the Role

 

iCapital is looking to hire a Client Delivery Vice President to join the Annuities Platform team. This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of client implementations and ongoing client delivery portfolios. This individual serves as a senior client-facing leader accountable for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational discipline.

 

This role will lead delivery teams across multiple concurrent engagements, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear, risks are addressed early, and commitments are met. This leader will bring strong executive presence, sound judgment, and a structured approach to solving complex delivery challenges while continuously improving the processes, practices, and operating models that support scalable client delivery.
