Senior Product Manager

ICON is hiring a Senior Product Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver BuildOS: our software platform for design, construction planning, print execution, and fleet management, used by architects, project managers, and construction operators. In this role, you will apply strong product and program management skills to keep a multi-module software team focused, organized, and on schedule. You will run day-to-day delivery, partner with engineering leads, and connect the software team with robotics, field operations, and business development. You will share clear status with leadership, raise risks early, and help shape what gets built next.

This role is based at ICON's Austin, TX office and reports to the Director of Digital Product Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Sprint and Release Execution: Plan sprints, track progress, and coordinate releases with the engineering team. Run standups, epic reviews, and retrospectives that stay focused and useful.
• Plans and Reporting: Keep Jira plans, capacity, epic status, and risk logs current. Send weekly updates that give leadership a clear picture without follow-up questions.
• Cross-Team Dependencies: Spot blockers early and help resolve them. Coordinate work across software, robotics, fiel
