State Administrative and Logistic Officer - Lagos

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigerian nationals for the position below at the Institute.

Position:      State Administrative and Logistic Officer

Contract:       2-year renewable contract

DUTIES

·       Plan and coordinate logistics for state-level activities, including training sessions, workshops, community sensitization events, and Youth Agribusiness Park activities (venue booking, transport, accommodation, materials and equipment).

·       Manage the state office's administrative functions, including office supplies, filing systems, asset registers, utilities and vendor service contracts (cleaning, security, internet, etc.).

·       Coordinate local, low-value procurement in line with IITA procurement policy and the approved state work plan and submit consolidated procurement requests to the national Procurement Officer for items above the
