Project Manager (f/m/d)

IMTF Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a global software product company specializing in Compliance & Automation, IMTF Group develops cutting-edge RegTech solutions, with a specific focus on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud. Our goal is to provide top-notch products and services that enable organizations to automate manual processes using Machine Learning and Data Science, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Project Manager AFCS will play a pivotal role in our company, responsible for effectively managing the delivery of projects related to the IMTF Anti-Financial Crime Suite (AFCS). This suite includes a range of innovative software solutions that assist financial institutions in identifying and preventing financial crimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of the AFCS projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, data science, and consulting, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, and actively monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex software projects within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
