PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Field Service Technician Level I role is to support the start-up, commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of IEM equipment under the guidance of experienced Field Service personnel. This role is intended for individuals with mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude who are eager to learn, work hands-on, and develop within a field service environment. Comprehensive training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning are provided to support technical growth and progression within the Field Service career path.
