POSITION SUMMARY
This role will be involved with activities required for developing and maintaining contracts for various products and services from the initial stages of the contract process through product/service delivery and then final closeout. This successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of all contract types and will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment that allows you to think outside of the box for solutions while staying in the guidelines of policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review, assess risk, and negotiate all terms and conditions for new contracts and associated agreements as well as for modifications of existing contracts/agreements.
