Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation & Supply Chain Leader with 15+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide product strategy, digital innovation, and omni-channel supply chain transformation. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product, solutions, and delivery while partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Innovation • Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities • Drive innovation across supply chain SaaS platforms (OMS, WMS, TMS, Inventory Optimization, POS) • Launch new digital products and capabilities to improve revenue, customer engagement, and time-to-market • Establish industry blueprints and frameworks to standardize product offerings 2. Digital Transformation Leadership • Lead large-scale end-to-end digital transformation programs across omni-channel ecosystems • Design and implement order-to-cash, store fulfillment, and customer engagement transformations • Develop and execute supply chain transformation roadmaps for global clients • Optimize inventory, fulfillment cost, and operational efficiency using digital solutions 3. Solutions Engineering & Systems Integration • Oversee solution architecture for enterprise implementations
