Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the support and delivery of full end-to-end process of menu/POS requirements for Whitbread account.

The Account Executive supports the wider team with the delivery of creative and production projects by acting as a key link between clients, account management teams, creative teams, and production team. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring accurate briefing and administration, and helping to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The role is integral to the prolonged success of end-to-end delivery for Whitbread. Your focus will be providing outstanding customer service and delivering operational excellence. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with the ITG team, as well as with the client, ensuring all processes and best practices are adhered to and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key role within the Whitbread Client Services account team.
• Responsible for the day-to-day support to the client service team (Creative and Production).
• Support with general admin requirements.
• Uploading and maintain the image dam.
• Supporting with creative projects with the wider team
• Manage re-touching
• Take on and manage regular reporting for example POD reporting, regular monthly reports, stock reporting.
