What you'll do

Provision of functional support, administration, and troubleshooting for industrial applications (e.g., management of scheduling and workflows, event and incident management, etc.) and their supporting infrastructure. The role acts as a liaison between users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the systems. I
