That means managing the roll out & scale up of our talent acquisition, learning & development, and people operations agenda. You will have lots of opportunity to work closely with people from across our business on all the full range of people responsibilities

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring that inyad is an excellent place for everyone to work and develop
• Helping set and execute on our Talent Acquisition plans and Employer Branding strategy
• Assisting with recruiting and hiring responsibilities, including preparing job descriptions, putting them out on job boards, and arranging interviews
• Onboarding and support new hires, make them feel welcome and informed during their first days at the company, ensuring they have the environment, tools to succeed in their role
• Being a tru
