Operational Inside Support Representative (ISR)

As an Operational ISR at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, including pricing, sourcing, and quoting to customers, order entry, shipment tracking, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other tasks. 

Requirements

• Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues 
• Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internal systems
• Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers 
• Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes 
• Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests Order modifications/changes
• Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed 
• Pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations
• Process shipping label request
• Perform other duties as needed
