We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and success of our product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Manage product backlog and ensure clear communication of priorities to development teams
• Gather and analyze customer feedback through user research, interviews, and data analytics
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Participate in product planning sessions and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to product development

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent role in product development
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in analytics tools and metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and translating insights into product requirements
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks)
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology environment
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Technical background or strong technical literacy
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on product launches
• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered product development
• Product management certification or relevant training
• Track record of successfully launching products or features that drove business growth
