Our One-Year Internship Program is designed for young talent eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, participate in meaningful projects, and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's/ Master degree in Industrial Management, Electronics, Quality, Mechanics, Logistics and Management;
- Attitude: Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mindset.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in portuguese and english
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity - rotation demands adaptability
