The Role
Joining a global Corporate Finance team, the FP&A Manager will be based in our London office and support all of Kobalt’s business units in planning and budgeting. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance based in New York, with oversight from the VP and EVP of finance based in London. You will help drive the business through regular forecasting and analysis with a focus on revenue and margin – creating a developing financing models, providing insight into revenue performance, and carrying out ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
What You’ll Do
- You support delivery of regular weekly/monthly/quarterly internal management reporting and external investor deliverables
- You maintain revenue and margin models with a focus on Kobalt artist deals (acquired & administered) across actual, budget, and forecast figures
- You ensure forecasts (covering P&L, cash flow, and KPIs) are updated on time, communicating performance as appropriate with stakeholders in the business and across the finance function
