We are also the official provider of Valve’s Steam Deck and related hardware (Steam Machine, Steam Controller, Steam Frame) for Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea. 

As we expand our business, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to discover the diverse talent that will drive our growth and lead successful hiring across our offices in Japan, Hawaii and Korea. 募集要項 / The Opportunity

本ポジションは、HR機能における採用担当の中核メンバーとして、日本・ハワイ・韓国拠点の全オープンポジションの採用を一貫して担当していただきます。ソーシングや人材発掘をはじめ、各部署と連携したジョブディスクリプションの作成、選考プロセスの設計・改善・運用、そして内定に至るまでを主導する役割です。採用チームの中核として、より良い候補者体験を提供しながら、戦略的な採用活動を推進いただくことを期待しています。
