Customer Valet - Print Services

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a part-time (approx. 25hrs/week) Customer Service Valet who will attend to the Konica Minolta printing equipment and provide exceptional onsite customer service to our valued clients based in the Adelaide CBD & metro areas as required.
Requirements
Reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager, you will be fully trained to be responsible for:
- Attending to print equipment at various customer sites based across Adelaide CBD & metro areas as required to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed services levels
- Maintenance support, service and Helpdesk support
- Coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing in relation to the printing equipment
- Providing first level respons
